CCSi Promotes Dr. Tor Opsahl to Chief Operating Officer

ROCKVILLE, Md.--()--Creative Computing Solutions, Inc. (CCSi), a leading provider of program and project management, health, cyber security and enterprise systems engineering to the federal government, today announced the promotion of Dr. Tor Opsahl to Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Dr. Opsahl joined CCSi in 2008 with more than 30 years of broad IT and business experience in the federal marketplace, having worked with both Department of Defense and civilian agencies. He has managed both business development and operating divisions for companies including Perot Systems, acquired in 2009 by Dell. There he served as executive vice president for all civil sector business and ran an operating group with annual revenue in excess of $300 million.

In his most recent role as Executive Vice President at CCSi, Dr. Opsahl provided broad based leadership for the corporation with a particular emphasis on business development and the long-term growth. He led the expansion of the company’s client base, strengthened its service offerings in areas like cyber security and successfully acquired prime large-business positions on key government wide acquisition contracts including the VA’s Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (VA T4), CIO-SP3, and DHS Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) II.
