MALVERN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AC Lordi, a leading provider of accounting and risk management consulting and executive search, announced today that Steve Gambone has joined the firm as Director in Accounting Services. The company has also promoted Colleen Tofani to Director in Accounting Services, and Jim Han, currently a Director in the company’s Risk Management Services practice, will move into a full-time role as a Director of Business Development.

Steve Gambone has more than 30 years of experience and has been a project consultant for AC Lordi for the past several years. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer for Keystone Ranger Holdings and Controller/Chief Accounting Officer for Teleflex.
Colleen Tofani has been with AC Lordi for nine years providing Controller/CFO services to numerous early stage biotechnology companies and other start-up businesses. While at AC Lordi, she has also served as the outsourced Director of Finance for Alex’s Lemonade Stand, a not-for-profit that raises money to fight childhood cancer.
Jim Han has been with AC Lordi since 2007 and will continue to support certain clients in a consulting capacity during the coming year as he transitions from service provider to business development. Prior to joining the firm, he was IT Audit Manager for Vanguard and Director of IT Audit for MBNA.
