The combined suite of member engagement services, now called My Advocate™, is a complete, technology-enabled concierge outreach service provided through health plans for their members. It is designed to help Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid, and Commercial health plan members save money, receive needed assistance, and take better care of themselves. The goal of My Advocate is to help plans enhance member satisfaction, lower long-term care costs, improve Star Ratings, and optimize health outcomes.

Since 2000, Altegra Health has provided assistance in applying for Medicare Savings Programs (MSPs) and Extra Help, primarily to “dual eligible” and low-income individuals. Additional services include community program enrollment assistance, which helps members with prescription and household utility expenses, as well as transportation, nutrition, healthcare premium and co-payment assistance.
