Security Solutions International (SSI), Global Security Leader (GSL), Announces Solid Year-End Earnings, and Public Stock Offering for 2014

Having successfully trained over 1000 Federal, State and local agencies, SSI, the nation’s premier Homeland Security training company is now diversifying into Global Markets with new training and state of the art products for the Global Security sector.

MIAMI--()--Entering its second decade in the Homeland Security industry, Security Solutions International (SSI) is now positioned to expand its wide-range of services globally. Fueled by large contracts with Asia and Africa and a dramatic increase in sales in 2013, the company is focusing on expansion in key growth markets such as China, Southeast Asia, Africa and India.

With increases in sales and profit for two years in a row, and forecasts of profit continuing to increase, the executive team decided that the timing was right for expansion. “We are pleased to justify the confidence of our investors,” said Henry Morgenstern, President of SSI, “We will be filing for a trading symbol by March so that investors can have a chance to realize the gains.”

Aided by the full support of US Homeland Security, now is the time for SSI to expand. In addition, the company is publishing its flagship US magazine The Counter Terrorist in Singapore and recently participated at MILIPOL, the world’s largest Military event in Paris, France.

“China is expected to spend half of the world’s budget on Homeland Security in the next few years and we are looking for new technologies for these markets,” said Morgenstern.

The deterioration of the world’s security situation has meant more contracts for SSI in countries such as: Nigeria, Algeria and Singapore. In addition to International Terrorism, the constant acts of mass shootings, bombs and other criminal activity from the Middle East to the Far East and American cities have created a demand for training like never before. These new markets also require new technologies, and SSI is positioned to provide this know-how with its broad representation of U.S. and International manufacturers.
