As a senior living executive team, Vorkapich, Williams and Thompson celebrated the turnaround of a senior living portfolio with occupancy levels as low as 65% by achieving 100% occupancy in numerous communities, exceeding bottom line budget expectations and driving a company wide culture change. Several key individuals driving this turnaround have recently rejoined Vorkapich and Williams in their newest venture at Watercrest Senior Living Group including Tina Geimer, VP Sales, Joni Rozier, VP Finance, Tracey Bates, HR Director, Shannon Morelli, Director Quality Services, Stephanie LaPlante, Senior Accountant, and Systems Manager, Merrilyn Hale.

Thompson began her senior living career working with dementia care residents, quickly earning the title of Certified Dementia Practitioner, subsequently advancing to the VP of Operations.
