ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Subsystem Technologies, Inc., (SUBSYSTEMs) has acquired Alapko, Inc., a leading provider of technology solutions and program support to the Intelligence Community. Alapko will be a wholly owned subsidiary of SUBSYSTEMs. Terms of the acquisition were not made public.
Formed in 2008 and headquartered in Annapolis, Md., Alapko’s key capabilities are cyber security and budgetary analysis solutions. These services include full lifecycle development and support services for database management, business intelligence, business process re-engineering and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) enterprise budget applications.
