Insurity’s Policy Decisions and Portal Decisions will be deployed as Insurity hosted solutions to provide CIRMA a current technology environment with streamlined workflow and processing.
As part of its modernization effort, CIRMA was looking to update its technology to better serve customers and streamline workflow processes. With the combination of Policy Decisions and Portal Decisions, CIRMA looks to leverage the web-based technologies to offer its staff and customers a deep set of functionality via a user friendly and intuitive interface for the ideal user experience.
In addition to the underlying technology and the capabilities of the Insurity solutions, CIRMA liked the system’s flexibility to support its proprietary line of business, as well as the rapid implementation enabled by the hosted environment.
