The lawsuit was filed on behalf of a class (the “Class”) comprising all purchasers of Abiomed securities between August 5, 2011 and October 31, 2012, inclusive (the “Class Period”).
Abiomed provides medical devices for circulatory support and offers a continuum of care in heart recovery for acute heart failure patients.
