LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Gores Group, a global investment firm, today announced that its Small Capitalization Partners fund in partnership with David Matton has completed the acquisition of DMN Ltd. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
DMN, which is headquartered in Swindon, UK, is a mobile communications network engineering support and staffing provider delivering a broad range of high quality wireless infrastructure services.
