In addition to sessions featuring Neolane’s event-triggered marketing capabilities and customer Barnesandnoble.com, the company is offering a unique, interactive booth experience that combines theatre presentations on SoLoMo marketing with its new Neo Events iPhone app. The Neolane booth experience itself was specifically created to help attendees develop their own use cases for adding SoLoMo to their overall marketing mix.

Designed to provide a more immersive and interactive experience at industry events like DMA 2012, Neo Events allows users to view session details, build a customized agenda, and register to receive push notification reminders powered by the Neolane Mobile App Channel. Using embedded augmented reality capabilities, users can also learn more about Neolane by scanning different booth graphics with their mobile device. Complementing its new iPhone app, Neolane will provide theater presentations at booth #501 that demonstrate pragmatic business cases for SoLoMo marketing driven by the Neolane conversational marketing platform. What:

Neolane will present event-triggered marketing capabilities of the company’s conversational marketing technology platform against other solution providers in a session titled, “Real-Time and Trigger Marketing Track.” Attendees will learn how using three different tools allows for real-time automated analytics that can trigger automatic delivery of targeted messages, offers and recommendations based on known “events” to engage customers with more immediacy and relevancy than ever before. Each vendor will walk through the same use case to showcase the capabilities of their event-triggered system. Neolane will demonstrate how to track and analyze social media on the Neolane platform and its effect on marketing.

 

In addition, Mark Parrish, vice president of membership and loyalty, for Neolane customer BarnesandNoble.com will discuss how to break through the noise and achieve radical loyalty as part of a case study session on Barnes and Noble. Real-world examples, including the launch of the NOOK®, will demonstrate how to use customer intelligence to drive revenue opportunities across multiple channels.
