CSI Web@Work Portal Endorsed by the Kansas Bankers Association

Web portal provides online platform to centralize communications, document sharing

PADUCAH, Ky.--()--The Kansas Bankers Association (KBA) has endorsed the Web@Work portal from Computer Services, Inc. (OTCQX: CSVI), a full-service provider of bank technology and core processing solutions. This represents the 15th state banking association endorsement for the portal, which provides banks with an online platform that centralizes internal communication for board members and employees.

Web@Work offers two online platforms, one for employee intranets and one for board communications. The board portal provides directors with secure access to board materials and other confidential information from the convenience of their home or office. Users utilize the portal to simplify the process of preparing and sharing agendas, minutes, confidential reports and other documents. The portal also enables online voting and project collaboration to facilitate actions on decisions and discussions that need to occur between board meetings.

“Community bank boards need easy access to all of the tools and reports required to effectively oversee a bank’s management,” said Mike Norris, KBA’s senior vice president of member services. “Web@Work is an easy-to-use, secure platform for enhancing communications between the board and bank executives.”

Web@Work’s employee portal combines a series of communication tools and applications into a single platform. Banks can use the system to track employee time reports, manage vacation schedules, share policy forms, manage projects and tasks, and provide secure remote access. The online portal is fully hosted by CSI, eliminating the need to make additional hardware or software purchases and simplifying training.

CSI is a full-service provider of technology solutions for financial institutions. Their services encompass core processing, managed services, mobile and Internet, payments processing, print and electronic distribution, and regulatory and compliance solutions.

“Banks continue to seek technology solutions that streamline operations, reduce cost and increase productivity,” said Steve Powless, CEO of CSI. “Through Web@Work, banks can achieve these outcomes by providing a centralized, secure location for enterprisewide communication with employees and directors.”
