NeuroLogica Settles Lawsuit Against Analogic

DANVERS, Mass.--()--NeuroLogica Corporation (http://www.NeuroLogica.com) announced today that the law suit which it had initiated against Analogic Corporation, Peabody, Mass. has been amicably settled. That law suit claimed that certain allegations and investigations initiated by Analogic were unfounded, had caused financial harm to NeuroLogica and were damaging to the reputation of NeuroLogica’s founders. According to philanthropist, Bernard M. Gordon -- Chairman and a Founder of NeuroLogica, as well as the Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Analogic -- Analogic’s allegations and investigations have been terminated and each party has released the other from all legal claims in accordance with a confidential, mutually-agreeable settlement.
