PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Martin E. Judge, Jr., CEO and Founder of The Judge Group, a leading professional services firm offering technology consulting, staffing solutions and corporate training today announced Sanjay Shah as president of the firm’s new Human Capital Management Solutions division.
Shah has held positions in information technology and procurement for over 15 years, and also helped to build an off-shore quality assurance team in his previous role at a human resource services outsourcing company. As part of the procurement group, his initial focus was on implementing an enterprise-wide solution for managing contingent labor. Shah was responsible for designing, building and managing a global contingent program and a consultant workforce utilization to achieve corporate business objectives, which focused on cost savings, process standardization, metric reporting and compliance. He earned a BBA in marketing from Baruch College.
