Radiant Systems Selected by New England’s Gillette Stadium

Premier football and soccer sporting arena to deliver exceptional service with Quest technology

ATLANTA--()--Radiant Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: RADS) today announced a new agreement with Gillette Stadium, home of the NFL’s New England Patriots and MLS’s New England Revolution, to implement Quest software and Radiant hardware within its food and beverage operations this summer.

“The Quest solution will immediately drive improvements in speed of service and also support future customer service and loyalty initiatives as we strive to provide the best experience possible,” said Jim Nolan, Gillette Stadium’s senior vice president of finance, administration and operations. “The Radiant team has exceeded our expectations by providing a solution that will meet our growing business needs, and we look forward to working with them through the implementation process.”

Gillette Stadium’s new solution includes Quest Venue Manager software, which will run on more than 330 of Radiant’s portable and fixed point-of-sale (POS) terminals in the stadium’s standard and premium concession environments. Radiant Retail’s CounterPoint technology, implemented by Retail Control Systems, a Radiant reseller, has been in use since 2008. By expanding its relationship with Radiant, Gillette Stadium will enhance the fan experience venue-wide with faster concessions service and the ability to implement a broader range of innovative payment options.

“Today’s stadium and arena operators are focused on delivering the best customer service possible, and Quest helps them do this through rapid credit card processing, in-seat service capabilities and its openness to integrating with new and emerging technologies,” said Scott Kingsfield, president of the retail, sports and entertainment division at Radiant Systems. “We are excited to grow our relationship with Gillette Stadium as it extends Radiant technology into foodservice operations.”
