In addition, Vern is being appointed to TEAM’s Board of Directors. This past week, TEAM formed TEAM Informatics LTD in Brighton England as the base for EMEA operations with Vern as its president. As an active member of the board, Vern will provide proactive advice and leadership to the organization as TEAM continues to refine and execute global growth initiatives.
Hanzlik is an industry recognized expert in the field of Enterprise Content Management (ECM). Having co-founded Intranet Solutions, Inc. in the mid-1990’s, which later was renamed Stellent, Inc., Vern performed a number of roles – leading product development activities, sales and marketing functions, and later as President and CEO of Stellent. In 2006, Stellent was acquired by Oracle and formed the basis for Oracle’s ECM offering. Since the Oracle acquisition, Vern has worked in operational roles and as an advisor to several early stage IT companies.
