Unveiled at South by Southwest Interactive, the new applications offer full access to the power of CoTweet by ExactTarget, providing enterprise capabilities to engage, track and analyze social media conversations and harness conversation histories, sentiment tagging, claim and assignment features and integration with leading CRM systems.
