Northeast Housing LLC, the project owner for the Navy Northeast Region Military Housing Privatization Project, has earned nine "A List" Awards, seven "A List Platinum" Awards, and four installation-level "Crystal" Awards. Also, Southeast Housing LLC, the project owner for the Navy Southeast Region Military Housing Privatization Project, has earned 22 “A List”, 12 “A List Platinum”, and one “Crystal” Award encompassing all installations within the project.
Both projects are joint ventures between Balfour Beatty Communities and the Department of the Navy. The Navy Northeast project is comprised of: NSY Portsmouth, ME; NSA Saratoga Springs, NY; Naval Station Newport, RI; NSB New London, CT; Mitchel Complex, NY; NWS Earle, NJ and NAES Lakehurst, NJ. The Navy Southeast project consists of: NAS Pensacola, FL; NAS Whiting Field, FL; NAS Meridian, MS; NCBC Gulfport, MS; NSA Panama City, FL; NAS JRB Forth Worth, TX; NAS Key West, FL; NWS Charleston, SC; NSB Kings Bay, GA; NS Mayport, FL; and NAS Jacksonville, FL.

The Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Housing Program identifies resident satisfaction as a critical metric for evaluating how effectively the partnership manages the Housing. CNIC is focused on ensuring that service members receive adequate and affordable housing throughout the world. For housing partnerships to be recognized for high quality customer service and earn the various Awards, the following resident satisfaction criteria must be met:
- A List Award - Service Satisfaction Score of at least 85.0
- A List Platinum Award - Service Satisfaction Score of 92.3 or above.
- Crystal Award - The Crystal Award is given when the entire housing community (with multiple neighborhoods) at one installation receives a service score of 85 or higher and 20% or greater in response. CEL Associates compiles and submits the results to CNIC to validate the Crystal Award winners.
