Wolters Kluwer selected by IFFCO Tokio General Insurance to support Ind AS 117 and Ind AS 116 compliance with CCH® Tagetik

CCH Tagetik enables Ind AS 117 and Ind AS 116 reporting with integrated disclosure capabilities on a unified platform

MUMBAI, India--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wolters Kluwer, a global leader in professional information, software solutions and services, today announced that IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Company Limited, a leading general insurance provider in India, has selected CCH® Tagetik to support Ind AS 117 (IFRS 17) compliance disclosure reporting requirements, and broader finance transformation initiatives.

This initiative comes as India's insurance sector prepares for the adoption of Ind AS 117, the country's insurance contracts accounting standard aligned with IFRS 17. The standard is intended to improve transparency, comparability, and governance across insurers.

A unified platform for compliance and performance

IFFCO Tokio will implement CCH Tagetik as a single, integrated platform covering Ind AS 117, Ind AS 116, disclosures, and financial reporting. This will replace fragmented reporting processes with a connected framework that improves data accuracy, transparency, and governance.

IFFCO Tokio selected CCH Tagetik to provide a structured and consistent approach to financial data and reporting across multiple regulatory requirements. The unified platform will help streamline disclosures and strengthen reporting accuracy across Ind AS requirements.

With CCH Tagetik, IFFCO Tokio will:

  • Ensure compliant Ind AS 117 and Ind AS 116 reporting through an integrated framework
  • Streamline disclosure and regulatory reporting processes within a single system
  • Strengthen data consistency, governance, and audit readiness
  • Establish a reliable and unified data foundation for financial reporting
  • Enable finance teams to focus on analysis and reporting efficiency

“As insurers address increasingly complex reporting needs, the ability to bring multiple standards onto a single platform becomes essential,” said Nishant Vyas, General Manager of CCH Tagetik India at Wolters Kluwer. “We are pleased to support IFFCO Tokio with a solution that strengthens transparency, simplifies disclosures, and enhances financial governance.”

CCH Tagetik is a corporate performance management platform that helps organizations address regulatory reporting requirements while connecting planning, consolidation, and financial performance management on a single platform.
