In this role, O’Neill will lead CORA Loyalty’s global Client Services and Account Management functions, with a focus on deepening client partnerships, strengthening the post-sale experience, and helping clients move from implementation to ongoing optimization, renewal and growth.

“The real work of loyalty does not stop once a program launches,” said O’Neill. “That is where strategy, technology, operations and commercial priorities need to stay connected. CORA Loyalty has deep capabilities across each of these areas, and I am excited to work with our clients and teams to create an even more consistent, connected and valuable experience over time.”

O’Neill brings more than two decades of loyalty and customer engagement experience across financial services, retail, travel and hospitality. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Strategy & Insights at Bond Brand Loyalty, where she led consulting and insights teams and advised major brands including lululemon, Sephora, Visa, Gap and Scene+ on program strategy, design and customer growth. Previously, O’Neill spent more than a decade at LoyaltyOne and AIR MILES, including in senior Client Services roles.

“Maegan is exactly the kind of leader our clients and teams need as loyalty programs become more complex and more accountable for business outcomes,” said Beth McCoy, CEO of CORA Loyalty. “She has spent her career helping major brands translate customer strategy into practical, measurable programs. She brings a powerful combination of deep loyalty expertise, proven client leadership and strong commercial judgment, along with the ability to turn strategy into disciplined execution. She understands what clients expect from us and what it takes internally to deliver on those expectations consistently, making her a tremendous addition to our leadership team. Her appointment strengthens our leadership team and reflects our continued focus on the partnerships at the centre of our business.”

As Vice President, Client Services, O’Neill will work closely across CORA Loyalty’s delivery, product, operations, sales and leadership teams to support a more integrated client model from onboarding and program delivery through account planning, performance management, renewal and expansion.
