North Highland Welcomes Bluestock Advisors, Accelerating Atlanta Market Growth

Founder and CEO Jennifer Merritt rejoins the firm she called home for 13 years, this time as North Highland's Atlanta Market Lead

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--North Highland, the leading change and transformation consultancy, today announced that the team at Bluestock Advisors, the WBENC-certified, woman-owned boutique consultancy founded by Jennifer Merritt, has joined North Highland.

The move is as much a reunion as it is a new chapter, strengthening North Highland's Atlanta presence with expanded capabilities and deeper client relationships. Merritt rejoins North Highland as senior managing director and Atlanta market lead, bringing her team, her client relationships, and a six-year track record of building and scaling a firm in one of the country's most competitive business markets.

Merritt spent 13 years at North Highland before departing in 2020, serving as vice president, portfolio lead and global retail industry lead. She oversaw a retail and consumer packaged goods practice generating approximately $45 million in annual revenue and was Client Executive for multiple marquee Atlanta brands. She founded Bluestock Advisors that same year, growing the firm to 16 team members and establishing more than 30 new client relationships across industries including retail, manufacturing, health and beauty, technology, and insurance.

Before founding Bluestock Advisors, Merritt held senior roles at The Home Depot, Deloitte Consulting, and Procter and Gamble. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, where she graduated with Highest Honors. She is a volunteer with Advocates for Children and is the founder of Society Blue, an executive women's community which she will combine with North Highland’s female leader network. In addition, Merritt will join the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce as an incoming Board Member in 2027.
