Expanded enterprise revenue team to Human + AI growth model as the broader advertising industry reduces headcount
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RAD Amplify, a RAD Intel portfolio company specializing in predictive marketing intelligence built for the creator economy, today announced the appointment of Danny Lee as Sales Director. Lee will help scale the company's business by expanding strategic brand partnerships and helping brands turn marketing intelligence into higher-performing creator campaigns.

Lee joins RAD Amplify with more than a decade of experience across creator partnerships, influencer marketing and digital media, working with leading brands in gaming, entertainment and consumer categories, including Activision, Netflix, 2K, SEGA and Lexus. Most recently, he served as Director of Partnerships at QYOU Media, where he built new business and developed creator-led programs for major brands, generating seven-figure revenue.
Previously, he held leadership roles at Super League and Mobcrush, overseeing enterprise account management and large-scale creator campaigns, including a major creator partnership with Ubisoft and first-to-market activations across Roblox, Minecraft and Fortnite.
"Danny has spent more than ten years proving that the right creator partnership drives real business results," said Rick Song, CEO of RAD Amplify. "As more brands move creator marketing from ancillary activity to a main driver of growth, they want a partner who can give them a predictive view into performance. Danny understands that shift, and he knows how to build partnerships that deliver on it."
Lee’s appointment comes as brands continue to move media investment toward creator marketing while also raising the bar on performance and ROI measurements.
"Brands don't have a creator discovery problem. They have a decision problem," said Lee. "The teams I've worked with don't need a bigger database. They need to know which creators will actually move their audience before they spend. That’s what drew me to RAD Amplify."
Less than a year since launching, RAD Amplify has moved quickly to build a world-class organization to support the growing demand in creator marketing. Lee's appointment continues RAD Amplify's investment in commercial growth alongside Senior Vice President of Marketing John King, Sales Director Nicole Wilson and Director of Sales Tom Costello, strengthening enterprise partnerships and demand generation as the company scales.
