CommerceNext Growth Show Unveils Full 2026 Agenda for AI-Focused Retail Conference in New York

Executives from Brands Including Mattel, Tapestry, Ulta Beauty, Tractor Supply Co., Pandora, Under Armour, and Stitch Fix Converge June 23–24 for 60+ Sessions on AI, Loyalty, Ecommerce and More

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CommerceNext, a community, event series and conference for marketing, ecommerce and technology leaders at retail and direct-to-consumer brands, today released the full agenda for the 2026 CommerceNext Growth Show, taking place June 23–24, 2026, at New York Hilton Midtown in New York City. The two-day conference will bring together more than 2,500 attendees and 150+ speakers across 60+ sessions, with executives from Mattel, Tapestry, Pandora, Under Armour, Tractor Supply Co., Ulta Beauty and more. This year's theme, the AI Intelligent Era, puts a sharp focus on how retail leaders are deploying AI across marketing, merchandising, pricing and customer experience, without losing the human judgment and brand identity that build lasting customer loyalty.

“The caliber of leaders joining us this year is remarkable, and the conversations they’re bringing reflect exactly what our community needs right now,” said Jennifer Marlo, Head of Content, CommerceNext. “We’ve built a program that gives attendees real frameworks and hard-won perspective on what it actually takes to grow and win in the AI era. That combination of strategic depth and genuine human connection is what makes the Growth Show unlike anything else on the calendar.”

Sessions span six core tracks: AI, Loyalty & Retention, Ecommerce, Omnichannel, Customer Acquisition and Leadership with highlighted programming including:

  • "The Human Edge: What Tractor Supply Knows About Winning in the Age of AI" opens the Growth Show with Kimberley Gardiner, Chief Marketing Officer of Tractor Supply Co., on how a brand with one of retail's most devoted customer bases is deploying AI without diluting what makes it irreplaceable.
  • "Are Robots Stealing Your Brand Soul? Keep It Human in the Age of Agentic" brings together four executives on the front lines of AI adoption – from G-III Apparel Group, Authentic Brands Group, Pandora and Flip – for a main stage conversation on where automation serves the brand and where it doesn't.
  • "The Future of Personalization Is Physical, Human and Immersive" pairs two Chief Retail Officers – Aimee Bayer-Thomas of Ulta Beauty and Kim Heidt of Tecovas – for a conversation on what physical retail can do that digital still can't. From beauty to boots, they'll share how their brands are turning stores into acquisition engines and loyalty drivers that no algorithm can replicate.
  • "Lessons from High-Growth Scale-Ups" brings together Katia Unlu of Boll & Branch, Nicole Wegman of Ring Concierge and Yingying Kuang of Kitsch, three executives who built category-defining brands through very different playbooks. The conversation goes beyond the highlight reel and into the decisions that actually shaped their growth.
  • "Measuring and Maximizing Incremental Value in Digital Customer Acquisition" features Lauren Price of COS and Steph Laures of Todd Snyder on the metrics that actually move the needle in digital acquisition, and how two very different brands are using them to find and keep the right customers.

Newly confirmed speakers include Jamie Cygielman, Global Head of Dolls, Mattel; Debbie Woloshin, CMO, Stitch Fix; Mandeep Bhatia, SVP of Global Product & Omnichannel Innovation, Tapestry; Vanessa LeFebvre, President of Sport & Lifestyle, G-III Apparel Group; Mary Beth Sheridan, CEO, Guild Brand; and Sreeharsha Upadhyayula, VP of Transformation, Under Armour, among others. They join a growing roster of previously announced executives from Alex Mill, Tractor Supply Co., Bombas, Ulta Beauty, Mejuri and more.
