KlariVis Selected as one of American Banker’s Best Places to Work in Fintech for Second Consecutive Year

-Banking data and analytics company honored as outstanding employer in fintech-

ROANOKE, Va.--()--KlariVis, a pioneer in optimizing banking data analytics, is elated to announce that it has been named one of American Banker’s Best Places to Work in Fintech for the second year in a row.

Organized by Arizent, parent company of American Banker and Best Companies Group, the awards program was created in 2017 and designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in the financial technology industry.

“Being named to this list for the past two consecutive years speaks volumes to the success of our teams and the dedication we have to employees’ professional growth and overall wellbeing and happiness,” said Kim Snyder, KlariVis’ CEO & Founder.

Snyder added, "Being acknowledged in the banking industry for our outstanding workplace is a privilege, I'm immensely proud of the environment our team has cultivated."

The winners of this award were selected through a two-part survey process, completed with the help of the Best Companies Group. The surveys measured employee satisfaction in addition to examining benefits and policies. KlariVis is featured in American Banker this week for its workplace excellence among some of the industry’s most remarkable fintechs.

"Though the fintech industry has faced many headwinds in the past year, the sector is still a vital cog in financial services, bringing ease of use and convenience to consumers and businesses," said Penny Crosman, executive editor, technology at American Banker. "This year's list honors companies that continue to innovate and create jobs for technologists."

This award is in good company with KlariVis’ recent acknowledgement as a Leading Small Tech Company by Roanoke-Blacksburg Technology Council, as well as KlariVis CEO & Founder, Kim Snyder’s recognition among Virginia Business Magazine’s “100 People to Meet in 2024,” and Chief Business Intelligence Officer, Ashley Fiore’s selection for The Roanoker’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2023 for her contributions to the KlariVis platform.

This recognition is one of many milestones for KlariVis this past year, including celebrating their 5th year in business, reaching 100 community bank clients and securing $11 Million in Series B funding led by Blueprint Equity.
