As part of the Credit Union’s affordable housing initiative, the partnership will involve On Tap Credit Union employees volunteering their time and expertise to help restore homes alongside future homeowners. In addition to offering financial assistance programs, the organization is partnering with Habitat for Humanity Colorado to make a meaningful difference in the lives of local families in need of safe and affordable housing.

Last year, On Tap funded $1.7 million in loans for affordable housing through a partnership with Impact Development Fund and Habitat for Humanity Colorado.
