Law Offices of Alexander E. Borell Doing TPS Applications Pro Bono for People of Ukraine

MIAMI--()--The Law Offices of Alexander E. Borell is offering Pro Bono services to Ukrainian nationals applying for Temporary Protected Status (TPS).

On March 3, 2022, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced the designation of TPS for Ukrainian nationals which will last for 18 months.

Russia’s full-scale military invasion – the biggest in Europe since World War II – has caused a massive humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. Damage to the civilian infrastructure has forced people to flee in search of basic necessities, such as food, water, shelter, electricity, and access to emergency services. Others, of course, have fled from the invasion itself.

Borell and his staff made the decision to offer Pro Bono services because they have been deeply moved by the tragedy taking place in Ukraine.

“When you see the pictures and videos, you’re just at a loss for words,” said Borell.

“We know we can’t offset what the people of Ukraine have endured, but we encourage anyone in need of assistance to get in touch with us immediately!”

The firm’s hours are Monday through Friday, 9am – 6pm EST. Call 1-800-983-1480 to schedule an appointment to receive these services.

The Law Offices of Alexander. E Borell is an experienced firm offering nationwide Immigration services, as well as Family Law, Criminal Law, and Debt Defense across Florida and Texas. Borell began practicing law in 1989 and his firm has been in business since 1994.
