Generis Group Named to The Globe and Mail’s 2020 Ranking of Canada’s Top Growing Companies

Company ranks No. 209 on the list based on three-year revenue growth of 192%

TORONTO--()--Generis Group, a market-leader in business-to-business events, is proud to announce it has been named one of Canada's Top Growing Companies by The Globe and Mail. The program ranks Canadian companies on three-year revenue growth. Generis Group earned its spot with three-year growth of 192%.

This editorial ranking aims to celebrate entrepreneurial achievement in Canada by identifying and amplifying the success of growth-minded independent businesses in Canada. Companies who participated in the program had to complete an in-depth application process in order to qualify. In total, 400 companies earned a spot on this year’s ranking.

“It's an incredible honour to be included,” said Francesco Scalzo, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Generis Group. “This recognition is a reflection of our dedication to customer success, and demonstrative of the exceptional culture and team at Generis who deliver outstanding results every day.”

Generis Group’s accomplishments have been widely recognized throughout the past few years. The Company recently ranked No. 183 in Financial Times' list of The Americas' Fastest Growing Companies in 2020, No. 120 on The Globe and Mail's list of Canada's Top Growing Companies in 2019, and No. 11 on the Canadian Business STARTUP 50 list of Canada's Top New Growth Companies in 2017.

Generis Group is focused on the growth and evolution of its 10 branded and owned business summits, registered marketing services and content sites, as well as transitioning to virtual events amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
