The 100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplace list compares and ranks employers that offer adoption assistance based on a survey of organizations across the United States. On average, employers that completed the survey offer $9,362 in financial reimbursement, up 1.2% from 2018. The average amount of paid leave was 7.4 weeks, up 1.3% from last year’s list.
