KBRA Releases Comment on Chicago Public Schools Teachers’ Contract Settlement

NEW YORK--()--Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) has reviewed and commented on the broad outline of the tentative five-year labor agreement reached by the Chicago Public Schools (CPS) and Chicago Teachers Union (CTU) last week that ended an 11-day teachers’ strike.
