Eisenacher, a Vice President of Partnership Development with Corvias, shared expertise about P3s between academic institutions and third-party developers, including:
- North Carolina’s P3 landscape and how the use of strategic P3s in the Carolinas and Mid-Atlantic is catching up with other states and regions;
- The schedule and process by which schools prepare and evaluate the use and implementation of P3s;
- The various priorities and objectives an institution must consider when embarking on a P3; and,
- How P3s have evolved beyond student housing and now include parking, retail, academic space, athletic facilities, and utilities.
