Tricida Announces Closing of Public Offering of Common Stock and Full Exercise of Underwriters’ Option to Purchase Additional Shares

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.--()--Tricida, Inc. (Nasdaq: TCDA) today announced the closing of its previously announced public offering of 6,440,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $36.00 per share, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase 840,000 additional shares of common stock for total gross proceeds of approximately $231.8 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Tricida.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Cowen and Company, LLC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Needham & Company, LLC acted as co-manager.
