Mr. Brickley is a Managing Director and the Corporate Restructuring practice lead and works out of Claro’s Houston office. He has more than 25 years of experience in financial advisory and investment banking services.
Prior to re-joining Claro, Mr. Brickley was an investment banker in the Restructuring and Recapitalization Investment Banking Practice of a large, global investment banking firm. He returns to Claro with new skills having performed acquisitions and divestitures, debt and equity restructurings, financial due diligence, and valuation and fairness opinions for clients in numerous industries. He is energized and excited to be back and looks forward to expanding the service offerings of Claro’s Corporate Recovery practice.
