At the meeting the Shareholders also:
- approved the re-appointment of KPMG LLP as auditors of the Bank;
- approved an amendment to section 4.1 of By-Law No. 1 of VersaBank decreasing the fixed number of directors to ten; and
- approved an addition of a new section 3.4 to By-Law No. 1 of VersaBank regarding quorum for meetings of shareholders.
