IZEA Keynoting Ad Standards Canada Annual Meeting

Tiffany Heimpel to present findings from 2018 State of the Creator Economy Study

TORONTO--()--IZEA, Inc. (NASDAQ: IZEA), the premier online marketplace connecting brands and publishers with influential content creators, has been invited to present its 2018 State of the Creator Economy research as a keynote address at the Ad Standards Canada Annual Meeting. The event is scheduled for Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at the Toronto Region Board of Trade’s Lennox Hall.

Tiffany Heimpel, Managing Director for IZEA Canada, will share with attendees an exclusive first-look the 2018 findings. The study, now in its eighth year and developed by esteemed researcher Jana O’Brien at The Right Brain, is the largest independent, North American view of both the influencer and content marketing categories from the vantage points of creators, consumers, and marketers.

“With the dramatic growth of influencer and content marketing in Canada, IZEA is honored to be able to share this dynamic body of knowledge with the advertising community in-whole,” says Heimpel. “As a leader both domestically and globally, we feel it is our responsibility to invest in independent research and share those learnings as a basis for industry education.”

Also presenting at the ASC Annual Meeting is David Herle of The Gandalf Group, who will deliver Ad Standards’ analysis of findings on topics including Consumer Trust in Advertising, Consumer Perceptions of Online Influencers, and Brand Trust in Key Advertising Sectors.
