Transcontinental Realty Investors’ Project, Terra Lago, Makes Donations to Rowlett Organizations

DALLAS--()--Transcontinental Realty Investors, Pillar Income Asset Management and Abode Properties recently made donations to three Rowlett, Texas community organizations. The Dallas-based real estate management and development companies are new to the Rowlett community with their new multi-family property, Terra Lago Apartments.

Barbara Thomas, Rowlett Needy Children’s Fund Cofounder, accepted their donation. “I can’t thank you enough for your generosity. It will help more than you know,” said Thomas. “Our mission is to enhance health and welfare by providing appropriate assistance to families in need with children and the elderly in the Rowlett Community. And we are proud that all donated money and items stay in our city.”

Donna Covington accepted the donation on behalf of the Company of Rowlett Performers. “What a fantastic surprise. This donation will go towards the arts education for our city’s young citizens. I founded the Company of Rowlett Performers with a group of enthusiastic parents in March 2000. The company began as an after school program and has grown into a thriving community theater company and prides itself in education of youth in theater. The company sponsors annual Student Interns that plan to make Theater a focus of study in their future,” said Covington.

Terra Lago is a 451-unit Class A Midrise Multi-Family community located along the east line of Scenic Drive in the far eastern portion of Rowlett, Texas.
