Alzheon Launches Roadshow for Initial Public Offering

FRAMINGHAM, Mass.--()--Alzheon, Inc. (“Alzheon”) announced today that it has launched the roadshow for the initial public offering of its common stock. Alzheon is offering 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at an initial public offering price between $13.00 and $15.00 per share. Alzheon expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions, to cover over-allotments. The shares are expected to trade on The Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “ALZH.”

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Piper Jaffray & Co. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Canaccord Genuity LLC and JMP Securities LLC are acting as co-managers for the offering.
