GNB Financial Services, Inc. Reports Record 2017 Year-End Results

GRATZ, Pa.--()--On February 28, 2018, GNB Financial Services, Inc. (the “Corporation”), the bank holding company for The Gratz Bank, reported net income for the year ended December 31, 2017, of $3,037,000 a $121,000, or 4.2% increase, from the same period in 2016. Year-to-date earnings per share were $3.91 in 2017 compared to $3.75 in 2016. Results are unaudited to date.

Aggregate quarterly cash dividends paid to Corporation shareholders in 2017 totaled $1,011,000, or $1.30 per share.

As of December 31, 2017, the Corporation had total assets of $326 million; total shareholders’ equity of $39 million; total deposits of $279 million; and total loans of $216 million, unaudited.
