Among the key innovations being demonstrated is a solution to engage patients with a state-of-the-art mobile experience.
Advantage’s mobile Patient Engagement app allows for delivery of personalized content to the patient’s phone via a text message. Content can be targeted based on the patient’s appointment type and diagnosis. The app can be used to market products and services, along with delivering patient education. Surveys can also be sent to the patient’s phone and the feedback collected is automatically brought back into Advantage for analysis.
