Leading Developer Announces New Hires and Promotions of Seasoned Executives to Support Expanding Development Efforts throughout U.S. Eastern Seaboard

BOSTON--()--The Fallon Company, one of the most active private developers on the East Coast, today announced the appointment of three seasoned executives to key positions in its corporate headquarters as the company continues its market expansion and growth. Michael Powers will serve as a senior executive consultant, Daniel Guadagnoli has been promoted to Vice President of Special Projects, and Benjamin Farrer has been promoted to Vice President of Finance.

Michael Powers will be exclusively consulting for The Fallon Company, serving as a liaison between the firm and institutional and government entities. In this role, Powers will help source, repurpose, and purchase assets, resulting in efficiency gains and the monetization of outdated or underutilized assets. His intimate knowledge of operational synergies will help The Fallon Company design and build optimal spaces for corporate buildings and campuses. Powers previously served for 37 years as a District Manager at the United States Postal Service, where he led one of the largest districts in the United States, which included 15,000 employees and served 3.5 million people. Under Powers’ leadership, his organizations were nationally recognized for their service, financial results, and employee engagement.

As Vice President of Special Projects, Daniel Guadagnoli is responsible for conducting strategic analysis and sourcing potential deals for The Fallon Company across a variety of U.S. markets. Guadagnoli assesses economic and industry trends and makes recommendations relating to strategic planning and risk management. He provides support to the firm’s business development, underwriting, and due diligence processes. Prior to joining The Fallon Company, Guadagnoli served in the Management Consulting division of PwC with a focus on merger and acquisition strategy, supporting clients undergoing large-scale M&A activity.

Benjamin Farrer, Vice President of Finance, conducts research and analysis to support key decisions in the growth and management of The Fallon Company’s existing portfolio and future developments. Farrer assesses benchmark economic activity, real estate transactions, and operating fundamentals in major U.S. markets to analyze the feasibility of proposed development projects and is responsible for developing pro forma and discounted cash flow models for Commercial, Hospitality, and mixed-use assets in various stages of operation. Farrer joined The Fallon Company in 2015.
