GNB Financial Services, Inc. Announces Increased Special Dividend

GRATZ, Pa.--()--On November 8, 2017, the Board of Directors of GNB Financial Services, Inc. (the “Corporation”) declared a fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.22 per share plus a special dividend of $0.42 per share, for a total fourth quarter dividend of $0.64 per share to shareholders of record as of December 15, 2017 and payable on December 29, 2017. This compares favorably to a total fourth quarter dividend of $0.60 per share paid in the fourth quarter of 2016. The total annual dividend paid per share in 2017 will be $1.30 compared to the $1.20 per share paid to shareholders during the year of 2016.

The Corporation had total assets of $327 million as of September 30, 2017. The Corporation earned $2,473,000 or $3.18 per share for the first three quarters ended September 30, 2017, unaudited.
