RYE BROOK, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jonathan Soniker and Robert Soniker announced that they have completed their acquisition of MSCO, a full service advertising and marketing firm launched nearly a quarter century ago by founder Mark Stevens.
Jonathan Soniker, president of MSCO, says the mission of the new owners is to expand upon the foundation of the firm and take it to the next level of service. Unlike most marketers who rely on aesthetics, MSCO grows clients’ businesses through sales building initiatives, including strategic advertising, digital marketing, business advisory, design, social media and public relations services. By focusing on business strategy, lead generation and driving sales, the firm is able to test different campaigns and identify those that generate the highest level of Return on Investment (ROI).
Jonathan Soniker has been managing the firm’s day to day operations alongside Stevens since 2012, while his brother Robert Soniker, Partner, and AJ Stone, COO, rounds out the senior leadership team.
“Our entire team looks forward to continuing to meet the needs of our current clients and expanding our brand’s reach. We will remain in Rye Brook servicing clients in the New York Metropolitan area while simultaneously entering new strategic markets around the country,” said Jonathan. “We eagerly anticipate expansive growth and success of MSCO under its new leadership.”
Prior to joining MSCO, Jonathan managed the Business Development department at a leading brand management and licensing company in New York City where he helped clients grow their revenue and established relationships and partnerships with a number of leading companies including Time Inc., Fremantle Media, CVS, Walgreen’s, Macy’s, QVC and BJs Wholesale Club.
Robert has owned and managed MSCO since 2012, and is an active real estate investor, owning and managing retail commercial properties in New York. Robert has worked on client campaigns and with tenants such as AIG, Mars, CVS, Dollar Tree, Chase, Dunkin Donuts, and Metro PCS.
AJ is a small business owner and management/marketing consultant focused on Leadership Development and Business Operations. He has worked on client projects such as Google, Nationwide, and Live Person. He received an MS in Organizational Change Management from Milano, The New School in New York City.
