CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Phillips Edison & Company (the “Company”), has provided an initial update on Hurricane Irma and the impact it has had on the properties managed by the Company located in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina.
The Company reported that, upon initial inspection, there has been no material structural damage or flooding to its properties.

Further, the Company reports that its four greater Houston area properties have reported no flooding or structural damage, and 100% of the tenants are open for business.
