NORTH BEND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Students at Oregon Virtual Academy (ORVA), an accredited, online public charter school, begin their 2017-18 school year on Sept. 5, simply by turning on their computers. Authorized by the North Bend School District, ORVA serves students in kindergarten through 12th grade across the state of Oregon.
ORVA’s rigorous and engaging curriculum includes courses in English/language arts, math, science, history, world languages, art and music, as well as elective and Advanced Placement® courses for high school students. Dual enrollment opportunities to earn college credits are available for qualified high school students in select courses, and ORVA also offers credit recovery opportunities.
