WASHINGTON--()--Ron Prosor, Israel’s former Ambassador to the United Nations; Miri Ben-Ari, Grammy-award winning violinist and humanitarian; and Dr. Dan Ariely, behavioral economics professor named one of the Top 50 Influential Thinkers by Bloomberg, are on the roster of distinguished speakers announced to appear at Israeli-American Council (IAC)’s fourth annual conference, which will take place from November 3rd through 6th at the Washington, DC Convention Center. A wide range of additional marquee speakers will be announced in the coming weeks.

“This year’s IAC National Conference promises to bring together an unprecedented number of high-profile speakers engaging with our community on some of the most critical issues facing Israel, America, and the Jewish community,” said IAC co-founder and CEO Shoham Nicolet. “The IAC is a unique bridge between Israeli-Americans, Jewish-Americans, and Israel. We are proud that this year’s conference brings together these three communities in a groundbreaking way, with the goal of strengthening our common bonds.”

The IAC has grown exponentially in the past four years, from 750 attendees at the first conference in 2014 to an expected 3,000 attendees at this year’s event. The conference will also celebrate the expansion of IAC’s regional presence, with five new offices opening in the last year.

Other confirmed speakers include Dr. Ruth Caldron, former Knesset Member and thought leader on modern Hebrew culture; Dana Weiss, anchor and chief correspondent of the most watched current affairs show on Israel’s Channel 2; and Oren Zeev, founder of the non-institutional venture capital firm Zeev Ventures. The conference will also feature additional speakers across a range of fields, from business and philanthropy, to technology and education, to politics and social change.
