Summit Bank Announces Ann Marie Mehlum Has Joined the Board of Directors

EUGENE, Ore.--()--(OTCBB: SBKO) Paul Weinhold, Chair of the Summit Bank Board of Directors, today announced that Ann Marie Mehlum will re-join the board of directors of Summit Bank.

“As a former director and founding President & Chief Executive Officer of Summit Bank, Ann Marie brings institutional knowledge, outstanding leadership and banking expertise to our board of directors,” said Weinhold. “She has been a valued member of many successful executive teams and is a respected advisor on operating and strategic issues. Her experience in commercial lending, community banking and, most recently, federal agency administration will strengthen Summit Bank’s board.”

Along with her experience at the U.S. Small Business Administration in Washington D.C., Mehlum has three decades of community banking experience that include the founding of Summit Bank. She has also held numerous board leadership positions, and served on the FDIC Community Bank Advisory Council, the Oregon Bankers Association and the Treasury CDFI Advisory Board. Locally, she has served on many non-profit boards including the United Way of Lane County and the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce. In 2015, she was inducted into the State of Oregon Bankers Hall of Fame for lifetime contributions to the banking industry. Mehlum received her MBA in finance from the University of California at Berkeley.
