German joined the firm in 2014 as a senior manager, Advisory and Assurance Services, previously serving as an assistant controller at a $10+ billion private equity investment manager and as an assurance manager at EY (Ernst & Young).
A native of Cambridge, Ohio, and current resident of North Olmsted, German’s client experiences at BMF include negotiation and settlement of multi-million dollar working capital disputes, navigating nine-figure goodwill and intangible impairment charges, implementing share-based equity compensation arrangements, and exiting and entering international jurisdictions, just to name a few. German has provided counsel to a variety of multi-national organizations as they have navigated some of the most complex areas of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
