Bromodomain and extra-terminal (BET) inhibitors are small molecule inhibitors including bromodomain 2 (BRD2), bromodomain 3 (BRD3), bromodomain 4 (BRD4) and bromodomain testis (BRDT), which have anti-proliferating properties.
