MIDDLETOWN, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Embrace Home Loans, a prominent leader in the mortgage industry, announced today that industry veteran Patrick Mullen has joined the national lender as its new Director of Recruiting. In his role, Mullen will spearhead the growth and expansion of Embrace Home Loans’ sales organization by developing a robust recruiting strategy.

Bringing more than 20 years of experience in executive search and corporate talent acquisition with a strong background working with both national and local mortgage lenders, Mullen held previous leadership positions at Service First Mortgage, PNC Mortgage and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Additionally, he has held roles as a strategic adviser developing recruiting strategies as well as managing performance-enhancement projects. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University in organizational management and communication.
