(TSX-V: BPLI) ("Bluedrop" or the "Company") announced today that the Company has agreed to amend the terms of two promissory notes issued to the Company by Name 3 Capital Inc. (“Name 3”) in the aggregate amount of $169,816, to extend the maturity dates of the notes from June 27, 2017 and January 31, 2018 to December 31, 2019. The indebtedness is in relation to the purchase of common shares of Bluedrop by Name 3, a company controlled by Derrick Rowe, Executive Chairman and a Director of the Company. All other terms of the promissory notes remain unchanged and as disclosed in the management information circular of the Company filed on SEDAR on February 10, 2017.
