Arrive Logistics, Poised for Continued Hyper-Growth, Strengthens Leadership Team

AUSTIN, Texas--()--Arrive Logistics, a leading transportation brokerage, announced that they have expanded their Executive Team by bringing on Blaine Barnett as Chief Strategy Officer and Chelsea Woodhead as Executive Vice President of People. These additions are in response to the rapid growth Arrive has experienced annually since opening its doors in 2014.

Arrive Logistics, which the Association of Corporate Growth recently named the winner of the Annual Growth Award for companies with revenues between $25M-$100M in Central Texas, has doubled top-line revenue every year since inception. On pace for $120M in 2017, with 225 employees in Austin, TX and Chicago, IL, Arrive has hired these two accomplished executives to be key influences in the vision and the overall people strategy of the business.

“We are on pace for another year of 100% organic growth and expect this pace to continue through 2018,” shares Matt Pyatt co-founder and CEO of Arrive Logistics. “Our extraordinary growth is the result of unparalleled work ethic and overall alignment at all levels of the organization. We are fortunate to be able to attract the kind of leaders that will allow us to continue to achieve unprecedented growth.”

Prior to joining the Arrive team, Blaine Barnett was the President of AFN, LLC, a third-party logistics business headquartered in Niles, Illinois. During Blaine’s first year as President, AFN experienced 40% top-line growth with nearly 200% growth to the bottom-line, through workforce utilization, analytics, customer analysis and strategic business management. Blaine has been recognized throughout his career for being a visionary leader leveraging in-depth knowledge of the marketplace to significantly increase sales and revenue, operational efficiency and technological innovation.

Chelsea was most recently the Chief People Officer at BuildASign.com and oversaw company culture, HR and recruiting, communications and strategic philanthropy during her 5.5 year tenure. She saw the company grow from 100 employees to 365 and is excited to leverage that experience to support Arrive on its hyper-growth trajectory. Chelsea has more than a decade of experience and has been recognized in Austin for her leadership by the ABJ and sits on several local nonprofit Boards.

“We are very excited to bring on such high-caliber people. Chelsea and Blaine have very different and equally valuable approaches to enabling growth and we look forward to watching them succeed here at Arrive,” stated Eric Dunigan, co-founder and President of Arrive Logistics.
