Announced today in a separate release, Perfect365 PRO, the first and only makeup platform designed specifically for makeup artists, will feature NYX Professional Makeup products in the app. Now NYX Professional Makeup artists can develop looks for their clients using virtual makeup matched to its products and allow clients to try the look on using a live augmented reality mirror. In addition, they can streamline their client interaction by storing client details, contact information, reference photos and facial features all in one place.
To kick off this partnership, Perfect365 PRO and NYX Professional Makeup held a digital masterclass at NYX Professional Makeup flagship store in NYC hosted by celebrity makeup artist Kabuki. Kabuki, who has designed looks for the likes of Rihanna, Kendell Jenner, Gigi Hadid, Selena Gomez and Michael Jackson among many others, used Perfect365 PRO to design looks for Perfect365 users to try-on virtually. Perfect365’s Live Augmented Reality Mirror were on display during the masterclass for store visitors to try on the NYX Professional Makeup looks designed by Kabuki and the brand artists.
According to a recent survey conducted by Poshly, in coordination with Bay Area Beauty Association and Perfect365, 78% of women between the ages of 18-35 would be more inclined to purchase makeup from a brand if they could see what it looks likes virtually on their face before purchasing it. Over 60 NYX Professional Makeup products will be available in Perfect365 PRO for brand artists to develops looks with. With this partnership, Perfect365 users can visit the NYX Professional Makeup page in the Explorer section of the app and try on looks designed by NYX Professional Makeup artists, find an artist they like and book an appointment with them. Makeup looks designed with NYX Professional Makeup’s newest Ultimate Shadow Palette currently being teased on social media, which will be released in August, are also featured in the app.
